This policy outlines how bookings and deposits work for our detailing services.
Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed once:
- A booking request has been accepted, and
- Any required deposit has been received.
Booking confirmation may be sent via email or SMS.
Deposit Requirements
Deposits may be required for the following services:
- Paint correction
- Ceramic coatings
- Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Full-day detailing packages
Deposits secure your appointment time and cover preparation costs.
Deposits are deducted from the final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Customers must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours:
- Deposits may be forfeited
- A cancellation fee may apply
This policy helps cover lost appointment time.
Late Arrival
If a customer arrives late:
- Service time may be shortened, or
- The appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Full service fees may still apply.
No-Show Appointments
If a customer fails to attend an appointment without notice:
- The deposit will be forfeited
- Future bookings may require full payment in advance
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Weather conditions may affect mobile detailing appointments, and we may need to rearrange services if conditions are unsuitable.
